You will coach the crew, schedule shifts, manage inventory, and ensure health compliance, reporting to the District Manager. The role offers a base salary of $55,000 with monthly store-level bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead location growth and profitable operations while upholding 7 Brew’s culture and values.
• Coach, train, and oversee the stand team and Shift Leads.
• Create weekly schedules with cost-conscious labor and quick service times.
• Manage inventory, small wares, and equipment with waste reduction in mind.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and proper deposits.
• Facilitate team meetings and develop new leaders for future roles.
