Job summary

Piedmont Beverage Company is seeking a Stand Manager to oversee all daily operations of the assigned 7 Brew stand. This leadership role focuses on cultivating a positive team environment, delivering fast, friendly service, maintaining quality standards, and meeting financial targets.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will drive labor controls, inventory, safety compliance, and local marketing efforts while creating a fun, uplifting workplace for every team member.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project-management abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Genuine passion for uplifting interactions with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team, recruit, train, coach, and grow team members.
• Oversee daily operations, maintain cleanliness and product quality, manage inventory, and ensure safety compliance.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience with fast, accurate service and effective issue resolution.
• Drive labor and cost controls, track stand performance, and support local marketing efforts.
• Communicate and collaborate with HR/Operations/Training and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and the community.
