Job summary

7 Brew Coffee is seeking a Store Manager to drive location growth, ensure profitable operation, and preserve the company culture, mission, and values. You will lead the crew, coach, train, and handle admin duties while reporting to the Regional Manager.

You will schedule, manage inventory, control costs, maintain health standards, and develop future leaders. The role requires flexibility with shifts, weekend availability, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced stand environment.

Qualifications

• Leads and develops a fast-paced team in a coffee stand environment.

• Coaches and trains crew, provides feedback for growth and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skills.
• Maintain short wait times and high cleanliness.
• Manage weekly shift schedules with cost-conscious staffing.
• Track inventory and ordering to reduce waste and costs.
• Ensure cash handling, deposits, and change accuracy.
• Facilitate team meetings and leadership development.
• Own problem solving and involve partners or vendors as needed.
• Ensure health requirements are met by the crew.
• Develop future leaders for upcoming roles.
• Implement directives from upper management promptly.
• Delegate tasks to leadership and Brewistas to drive efficiency.
