Job summary

7 Brew Coffee in Plainview, TX seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead operations, coaching, and development of a 40+ member team. You will oversee shifts, inventory, cash handling, and adherence to health standards while maintaining 7 Brew’s culture and values.

You will coach staff, arrange weekly schedules, manage costs, and implement directives from upper management, ensuring fast service times and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment with 40+ team members.
• Ability to coach, train, and develop staff.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Strong focus on health, safety, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for location growth and profitable operation.
• Lead crew, maintain 7 Brew culture, mission, and values.
• Coach, train, and oversee operations and admin duties.
• Create weekly shift schedules with labor cost control.
• Track and order inventory and equipment, reduce waste.
• Handle cash deposits and change accurately.
• Lead team development through regular meetings with Shift Leads and Brewistas.
• Implement directives from upper management and delegate tasks.
