Job summary

7 Brew Coffee in Mustang, Oklahoma is seeking a full-time Store Manager to drive growth, ensure profitable operation, and preserve the brand culture and values. You will lead a crew, coach, train, and handle administrative duties while reporting to the Regional Manager.

You will coach, schedule, manage inventory and cash handling, and develop new leaders for future roles in a fast-paced stand. Expect flexibility including early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large team in a fast-paced cafe.
• Ability to coach, train, and supervise shifts.
• Proficient in health compliance for stands.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings and nights.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
