Job summary

Impact Workforce Solutions is seeking a Workforce Operations Manager in Patterson, GA to lead recruitment for manufacturing and logistics, drive staffing operations on our MSP platform, and exceed labor headcount targets.

You will report to the IWS Director and focus on employee engagement, onboarding, background checks, and coordination with client managers to optimize recruiting outcomes and workforce stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1-3 years’ experience including staffing, recruiting, and/or client relationship roles.
• Working knowledge of HRIS/ATS systems preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage requisitions, order fulfillment and onboarding employees.
• Qualify and place candidates for open positions.
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding for new hires.
• Conduct background checks, drug screenings, and timely onboarding.
• Assist with payroll and billing as needed.
• Assist in employee terminations while mitigating risks.
• Serve as a contact for hiring managers, client HR, and employees.
• Collaborate with client managers to address recruiting and retention challenges.
• Evaluate and refine recruiting strategies and plans.
• Assist with coaching, counseling, and mentoring to staff.
• Support IWO Operations Manager with employee relations investigations, providing necessary support and documentation.
• Other duties as needed or assigned
