Job summary

OPW is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR strategies and partner with Ball Ground leadership to meet headcount and workforce goals. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development for managerial and professional roles, while driving engagement and maintaining compliance across locations.

Reporting to the Director of HR, you will ensure a fast-paced, compliant, and confidential work environment, employing strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to support business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; required or preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Manager in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrable interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business strategy.
• Partner with leadership to understand headcount needs and workforce planning.
• Manage talent acquisition: recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding for managerial roles.
• Support employee development, engagement and motivation.
• Provide HR metrics and recommendations to management.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
