Job summary

Patterson Companies is seeking a supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in the fulfillment center. You will work with the Department Manager to drive performance, manage records for shipping, receiving, inventory and returns, and safeguard safety standards.

You will lead a team, conduct regular performance reviews, and ensure productivity targets are met while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years in a Patterson Fulfillment Center or equivalent experience.
• Proven soft skills – analytical, problem solving, communication, interpersonal.
• Organized, strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated success in prioritizing and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of warehouse associates in assigned department.
• Partner with Department Manager or Operations Manager to support fulfillment center results.
• Maintain accurate records for Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, Returns; conduct routine audits.
