Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions, deadlines, and changing priorities.
• Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics positions.
• Proactively source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, orientations, and onboarding.
• Track recruiting activity, hiring progress, and staffing performance.
