• Assist in labor scheduling and controlling labor costs across shifts.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and register operations during shifts.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance across all areas.
• Make quick, informed decisions to resolve operational challenges and staff concerns.
• Communicate effectively with management, staff, and guests and provide timely reports.
