• Maintains attendance records and notifies management of attendance issues.
• Enters and maintains scheduling data using company software.
• Assists in creating a monthly schedule for line staff (CNAs).
• Monitors employees on leave and reports to management.
• Assists with time correction forms and payroll-related matters.
