Job summary

Colorado Mental Health Hospital in Pueblo (CMHHIP), operating under the Colorado Department of Human Services, seeks a Staffing Office Lead to oversee coverage scheduling for three Staffing Coordinators. You will manage calendars, data entry, and classroom material readiness for the Training & Education arm while ensuring CMS active treatment compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Google Workspace suite
• 1+ years of experience working with director- or executive-level supervisory staff
• 1+ years of experience with treatment programming and employee scheduling
• 1+ years of experience with budget tracking and compliance
• Four (4) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational system administrator for the department's coverage window calendar and ensure alignment across scheduling tools
• Process approved leave and training notices into coverage windows and enforce hard stop rules
• Update the Scheduling Tracker and related interdepartmental trackers; notify Scheduling Coordinators of changes
• Compile and analyze daily call-off and deployment metrics to inform monthly staffing forecasts
