Responsibilities

• Monitor census, staffing, admissions and discharges to ensure proper staffing per shift.
• Prepare monthly staffing schedule and communicate issues to staff.
• Amend schedules to maintain quality patient care.
• Find coverage for time-off requests and call-outs.
• Track absenteeism and distribute reports to leaders.
• Coordinate staffing for program transports as needed.
• Provide administrative support and assist HR/payroll as required.
• Attend staffing and nursing leadership meetings.
