Job summary

Colorado Mental Health Hospital in Pueblo (CMHHIP) is seeking an experienced Staffing Office Lead to manage calendar scheduling, data entry, and classroom readiness across the Continuity of Treatment department.

You will supervise three Staffing Coordinators, coordinate training cohorts, track compliance with CMS active treatment standards, and produce monthly reports for the Workforce Manager. This is a 100% in-person, full-time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position.
• A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position equal to four (4) years.
• 1+ years of experience with the Google Workspace suite of Programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains staffing calendar and coverage window spreadsheets.
• Coordinates data entry, cohort spreadsheets, and classroom material readiness for Training & Education.
• Provides operational leadership to three AA III Staffing Coordinators.
• Compiles daily staff call-off, deployment, and group cancellation metrics.
• Generates monthly operational reports for the Workforce Manager to evaluate staffing trends.
