Innovative Life Healthcare in Silver Spring, MD seeks an experienced HR Operations Coordinator to manage overtime, schedules, vacancies, and payroll-related processes across programs. You will partner with managers to optimize coverage, maintain records in Paylocity and ConnecTeam, and ensure compliance with applicable labor rules.

This on-site role requires strong Excel and HRIS skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive cost-saving staffing decisions while delivering reliable human

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degrees preferred.
• Five years of staffing, scheduling, or workforce operations experience in a 24/7 operation.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS/timekeeping systems.
• Experience reducing overtime, agency use, or labor costs.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily overtime reports and ensure timely manager justification.
• Reconcile schedules with time entries and address hours above schedule.
• Own vacancy management across programs and markets, guiding fill timelines.
• Collaborate with managers daily to close coverage gaps without overtime.
• Maintain alignment of schedules across ConnecTeam, Paylocity, and master schedule.
• Hold managers accountable for schedules, vacancies, and hours and escalate when needed.
