Job summary

You will lead scheduling, build dashboards, and partner with administrators to align staffing with patient outcomes, while supporting AI-enabled tools and regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, HR, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in scheduling and workforce management within healthcare.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel, EHR, or workforce platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities
