Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Maple Grove, MN, seeks a Staffing Manager to support scheduling, administrative tasks, and office operations. You will share on-call duties with the Operating Director and help ensure excellent client care and caregiver management.

The role involves scheduling via AxisCare, recruiting and onboarding caregivers, coordinating after-hours calls, and maintaining compliance with state requirements. Limited travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with technology and software.
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of frontline employees.
• Experience with shift planning and employee scheduling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hiring and terminating caregivers as needed.
• Scheduling: manage client and caregiver schedules via AxisCare.
• Recruiting: recruit, interview, hire, and onboard caregivers weekly.
• On-Call: handle after-hours calls and urgent schedule changes.
• General Office Support: assist the Operating Director with operations.
• In-home Assessments: support intakes and client satisfaction.
• Client Care: maintain high-quality service from calls to in-home visits.
• Compliance: follow operating standards and state requirements.
