Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving located in Waco, TX is seeking a Scheduling Manager to support the office operations under the Operating Director. You will manage caregiver hiring, client and caregiver scheduling via AxisCare, and share on-call duties with other managers.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting. Travel is limited; a valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate/Bachelor degree or equivalent; may substitute with education/experience.
• Minimum two years’ experience as Administrator and/or managing sales, customer service, and HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hire/terminate caregivers as needed.
• Scheduling: manage client and caregiver schedules via AxisCare.
• On-call: handle on-call responsibilities as calls come in.
• General office support for the Operating Director.
• In-home assessments: assist with intakes and client satisfaction.
