Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Scheduling Manager to support the office by coordinating caregiver and client schedules, assisting the Recruiting Manager, and sharing after-hours on-call duties with other managers.

The role requires strong organization, experience in office administration, and proficiency with Google Workspace. Travel is limited, and growth opportunities are available within a growing in-home care network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates and/or Bachelor Degree; may substitute Degree requirement with a combination of education/experience; two years' experience in Administrator/HR/office management.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid state required proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver Management: Hiring and terminating caregivers.
• Scheduling: Manage client and caregiver schedules via AxisCare.
• General Office Support for the Operating Director.
• In-home Assessments: Support intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Client Care: Ensure high-quality client service from phone calls to in-home consultations.
• Compliance: Adhere to operating standards and state compliance.
• On-Call: Manage after-hours calls and urgent schedule changes.
