Baptist Health in Louisville, KY is seeking an Administrative Assistant II for PRN days. Part-time role with early or late shifts and a weekend every 6 weeks, supporting staffing and timekeeping in Nursing Administration.

Supports leaders with staffing data, scheduling, attendance, LeanTaaS, and reporting, coordinating with nursing leadership and the hospital command center to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Experience in Symplr/API MyTime preferred.
