This role helps maintain high-quality care for residents and requires strong organizational skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong communication with team members and leadership to ensure coverage.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules using OnShift or similar scheduling software.
• Monitor open shifts and proactively secure coverage.
• Track attendance, call-offs, and staffing trends.
• Support recruiting and onboarding coordination for care team members.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records.
• Communicate staffing needs with department leaders.
• Provide after-hours scheduling support as needed.
