Tutera Senior Living & Health Care in Illinois seeks a Staffing Coordinator / Scheduler (CNA) to develop and coordinate resident care staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage in clinical departments while following company guidelines and regulations.

The role requires an active CNA license, at least one year in LTC/SNF/AL/MC, strong organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Word and Excel.

• Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
• Minimum of one year of LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience required

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel required
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Mansioni

• Develop and coordinate resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels in the clinical departments in accordance with company guidelines.
• Coordinate scheduling in an objective manner for nursing services, plan and schedule staff for the nursing units to assure care for the residents.
• Distribute staff appropriately throughout the facility, and ensure the staffing meets state and federal regulations.
