Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily, weekly, and monthly nursing staff schedules
• Prepare all shift schedules and communicate clearly to staff
• Understand state requirements and forecasting
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families
• Assist in patient evacuation when needed
• Maintain attendance reliability and punctuality
• Collaborate with DON/ED and interdisciplinary teams
• Follow policies, confidentiality and compliance training
