Job summary

Upgrade Resources is seeking a Sales Representative in Huntsville, AL to drive new business development and deepen client relationships. You will work on-site with a base salary of $65K plus uncapped commissions, aiming for six-figure earnings as you grow an established client portfolio.

The role requires a proven outside B2B sales background in staffing, strong prospecting and closing skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience in staffing is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and network to generate new business opportunities.
• Grow existing client accounts with staffing solutions.
• Conduct in-person client visits to close deals.
• Collaborate with recruiting to fulfill client needs for staffing.
• Develop local market sales strategies to stay competitive.
• Track competitor activity, client trends, and branch performance.
