Upgrade Resources is seeking a driven Sales Representative in Fort Worth, TX to drive new business and deepen client relationships. This on-site, full-time role combines a base salary of $65,000 with uncapped commission, offering six-figure earnings potential as milestones are reached.

You will prospect, close deals, and partner with recruiting to fulfill client needs across temp, temp-to-hire, and direct placements, shaping branch growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven outside B2B sales experience in staffing highly preferred.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold call, and network to generate new business opportunities.
• Grow existing client accounts by presenting additional staffing solutions.
• Conduct in-person client visits and presentations to build trust and close deals.
• Partner with recruiting teams to ensure fulfillment of client needs for temp, temp-to-hire, and direct placements.
• Develop and execute local market sales strategies to stay competitive.
• Track competitor activity, client trends, and branch performance.
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue and gross margin goals.
