Upgrade Resources, a nationally recognized staffing organization, is seeking a Selling Branch Manager in Montgomery, AL. This on-site, full-time role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales and team coaching to grow revenue and client partnerships.

The ideal candidate has a proven staffing sales background, leads a small recruiting team, and drives branch profitability. Compensation includes $80,000 annually plus uncapped commission and six-figure earnings potential.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of proven outside B2B sales experience is required.
• Proven outside B2B sales experience in staffing is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in new business development and meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
• Strong prospecting and territory management discipline.
• Experience selling to plant, HR, or operations leaders is a major plus.
• Self-motivated and competitive; thrives in a performance-driven culture.
• Leadership ability and comfort managing a small team.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute local sales strategies to expand the client base and drive branch revenue growth
• Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits, using a consultative, solution-oriented approach
• Grow existing accounts by introducing additional staffing solutions and deepening long-term client partnerships
• Act as a player-coach - lead and coach a small recruiting team to achieve performance goals while managing your own personal client portfolio
• Oversee recruiting operations for temp and temp-to-hire placements
• Deliver on individual and branch sales goals while driving overall branch profitability
• Track competitor moves and market trends to stay ahead locally
