Surge Staffing is seeking a motivated Staffing Specialist to join our team in an entry-level sales and customer service role. • Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking efforts.
• Promote Surge Staffing services and identify additional staffing solutions for customers.
• Support branch operations through administrative and data entry tasks.
• Assist with employee coaching, performance management, and retention efforts.
• Resolve employee and client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Support branch growth initiatives and contribute to overall revenue goals.
