CitiStaff Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Staffing Recruiter to join our team in Texas. The recruiter will source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.

The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, customer-service oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced staffing environment. You will manage onboarding, maintain candidate data, and build strong client relationships to fill openings quickly.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized Staffing Recruiter to join our team. The Staffing Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates into temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, customer-service focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and other recruiting methods.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, availability, and qualifications.
• Match candidates with job opportunities based on their skills, experience, pay expectations, and availability.
• Complete all required employment paperwork, onboarding documents, and background-check processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the staffing system.
• Communicate job details, schedules, pay rates, attendance expectations, and company policies to candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
• Monitor attendance and communicate with employees regarding call-offs, tardiness, and schedule changes.
• Work closely with clients and management to understand staffing needs and fill open positions quickly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Assist with resolving employee and client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct new-hire orientations and ensure employees are prepared for their assignments.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.
• Meet recruiting, staffing, attendance, and placement goals.

Qualifications

• Previous staffing, recruiting, human resources, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities.
• Professional phone and email communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Experience recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, production, or clerical positions.
• Experience working with temporary employees and high-volume recruiting.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or staffing/VMS platforms.
• Experience with employee relations and attendance follow-up.
