Job summary

Core Personnel Staffing is seeking an experienced Staffing Recruiter for our Spring, TX location. You will source, screen, and place qualified candidates, build a robust talent pipeline, and partner with clients to understand staffing needs.

You will coordinate onboarding, ensure compliance, and maintain strong candidate relationships while supporting day-to-day branch operations in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of staffing or recruiting experience
• 1–2 years of customer service experience
• Experience in a staffing agency environment is required
• Experience in light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics staffing is preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Experience using ATS/CRM systems is required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Flexible and willing to work varying hours and days based on business needs

We’re looking for an experienced Staffing Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting talented candidates with the right opportunities. In this role, you’ll support our staffing operations by sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience working in a staffing agency environment is required. Experience limited to in-house/corporate recruiting or talent acquisition does not meet this requirement.

Experience in light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics staffing is preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Experience using ATS and/or CRM systems is required.

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Flexible and willing to work varying hours and days based on business needs.
