Qualifications

Job description

High volume, commercial staffing and at least 5 years of recruiting experience required. We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting candidates for various positions, scheduling interviews, and hiring contract/temporary employees. You will work closely with the Onsite Manager and clients to ensure high productivity and standards for your assigned accounts.

Duties

• Implement all phases of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and scheduling start dates.
• Ensure the quality of candidates to achieve high fill rates, show rates, and retention.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Utilize company technology to maintain data accuracy in all recruitment actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Enhance the company’s image at community events through relationships with local organizations and community leaders.
• Impact the Net Promoter Score (NPS) by delivering exceptional customer service experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience

• Must have 5+ years of experience in commercial staffing/recruiting.
• Most recent experience must be commercial staffing.
• Must have extensive experience recruiting for 3PL and light industrial roles.
• Must have experience in high volume recruiting.
• Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems.
