Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to support a busy staffing inbox, automated database, and staffing tools in Atlanta. You will respond within 24 hours, track requests by priority, and provide real-time status updates to clients and team members.

You will coordinate with Research Leaders and the Research and Consultant Teams to match projects with candidates, keep databases accurate, and handle ad hoc staffing tasks as they arise in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional process and detail orientation; results-driven creative thinker.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Lists, and Teams.
• Flexible to work with diverse personalities in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to handle high-volume, high-impact staffing tasks.
• Experience in staffing is nice to have but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized staffing inbox, automated database, and various staffing tools.
• Respond within 24 hours by tracking, managing, and resolving incoming requests based on priority.
• Communicate delays and provide continuous real-time status updates.
• Keep staffing database up to date with all requests and communications.
• Coordinate with Research Leaders to align projects with client needs and candidate profiles.
• Coordinate with the Research and Consultant Teams to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Resolve or elevate ad hoc requests and assist with staffing projects as needed.
