Job summary

Gojob seeks a Staffing On-Site Manager for a temporary contract in the Atlanta area. You will act as the main liaison between the agency, the client, and the Gojobber staff, focusing on strong relationship-building, smooth daily operations, and driving employee satisfaction and productivity.

Responsibilities include client management, on-site staff oversight, onboarding, payroll and invoicing support, and KPI tracking to meet ongoing staffing needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workforce management (preferably in logistics or manufacturing).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.

Tasks & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a dynamic temporary Staffing On Site Manager to join our team in the Atlanta, GA area. In this role, you’ll serve as the main link between our agency, the client, and the Gojobber staff. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting employee satisfaction and productivity.

Pay - $25/hr

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

• Build strong client partnerships through proactive communication and support
• Anticipate staffing needs and propose solutions
• Conduct job analyses and create detailed position descriptions
• Lead regular meetings and present business reviews
• Implement engagement programs to improve NPS and retention
• Analyze trends and drive process improvements

Temporary Staff Support

• Oversee daily operations and safety compliance
• Lead new hire orientations and manage onboarding
• Address employee concerns and attendance
• Support employee development and ensure policy compliance

Admin & Logistics

• Manage payroll, invoicing, and reporting
• Maintain accurate records
• Monitor costs and suggest cost-saving strategies
• Facilitate clear communication between Gojob and the client

Recruitment & Hiring

• Build talent pipelines for future openings
• Track KPIs and support long-term goals

Experience & Skills
