Job summary

Gojob is seeking a Staffing On Site Manager to serve as the main link between our agency, the client, and the Gojobber staff in Millington, TN. You will focus on building strong relationships, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting employee satisfaction and productivity.

The role requires 5+ years in workforce management (logistics/manufacturing preferred), strong communication, and the ability to work independently with urgency. A bilingual English/Spanish capability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll, invoicing, and reporting; maintain accurate records.
• Recruitment & Hiring: Screen, interview, and onboard candidates; build talent pipelines.
• Lead meetings and present business reviews; drive process improvements and KPIs.

We’re looking for a dynamic Staffing On Site Manager to join our team in the Millington, TN area. In this role, you’ll serve as the main link between our agency, the client, and the Gojobber staff. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting employee satisfaction and productivity. Salary: 50k-65k

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Build strong client partnerships through proactive communication and support
  • Anticipate staffing needs and propose solutions
  • Conduct job analyses and create detailed position descriptions
  • Lead regular meetings and present business reviews
  • Implement engagement programs to improve NPS and retention
  • Analyze trends and drive process improvements
• Temporary Staff Support
  • Oversee daily operations and safety compliance
  • Lead new hire orientations and manage onboarding
  • Address employee concerns and attendance
  • Support employee development and ensure policy compliance
• Admin & Logistics
  • Manage payroll, invoicing, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Monitor costs and suggest cost-saving strategies
  • Facilitate clear communication between Gojob and the client
• Recruitment & Hiring
  • Screen, interview, and onboard candidates
  • Build talent pipelines for future openings
  • Track KPIs and support long‑term goals
• Experience & Skills
