Job summary

Gojob is seeking a Staffing On Site Manager to serve as the main link between our agency, the client, and the Gojobber staff in Millington, TN. You will focus on building strong relationships, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting employee satisfaction and productivity.

The role requires 5+ years in workforce management (logistics/manufacturing preferred), strong communication, and the ability to work independently with urgency. A bilingual English/Spanish capability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workforce management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with a sense of urgency.
• Proficient in time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Build strong client partnerships through proactive communication and support.
• Oversee daily operations and safety compliance for temporary staff.
• Manage payroll, invoicing, and reporting; maintain accurate records.
• Recruitment & Hiring: Screen, interview, and onboard candidates; build talent pipelines.
• Lead meetings and present business reviews; drive process improvements and KPIs.
