It is a high-visibility, high-stakes position designed for a dynamic professional who thrives under significant pressure and tight time constraints.

Pay Rate: starts at $34, increase with experience!

Schedule: Must be flexible for any shift window between 3:00 AM – 11:30 AM, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM, or 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Includes weekends)

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Hospital Staffing: Drive day-of staffing operations across the hospital by continually assessing real-time unit census and patient care needs.
  • Targeted Deployment: Actively recruit and allocate essential clinical and support staff—including Nurses, CNAs, Monitor/Surgical Technicians, and Hospital Unit Coordinators to areas of critical need.
  • Compliance & Protocol: Strictly adhere to detailed standard work procedures, operational policies, and complex union contract guidelines when making all staffing and scheduling decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as the primary central point of contact for staffing adjustments, delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication to department heads, unit managers, and medical staff.
Requirements & Qualifications

  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with API Healthcare (or similar scheduling software) is a strong plus (training provided for proprietary internal systems).
