Job summary

Micone Companies in Reno, Nevada seeks a Staffing Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting across diverse roles. You will work with leadership to fill positions quickly while preserving candidate and client experience.

This Temp-to-Hire position offers a fast-paced, high-impact environment, collaboration with a strong team, and community engagement through local events. Must have 2-3 years in staffing and a proven track record in 360 recruitment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of staffing, recruiting, or HR experience.
• 360 full-cycle recruiting experience from requisition through candidate start.
• Ability to work with agility in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail across the recruiting and placement process.
• Must be comfortable conducting phone follow-ups and site check-ins.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full 360 recruiting process from posting requisitions to onboarding.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for warehouse, production, admin roles.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline via job boards, fairs, and outreach.
• Prepare submission profiles for client review and coordinate onboarding.
• Manage background checks, drug screenings, and start-date coordination.
• Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with leadership to align staffing with client priorities.
• Communicate pipeline status and placement progress to leadership.
• Represent the company at job fairs and in community events.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and staffing industry standards.
