Qualifications

• 360 full-cycle recruiting experience required — from requisition through candidate start
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and client accounts
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with leadership teams to align staffing strategy

Responsibilities

• Own the full 360 recruiting process from posting requisitions to onboarding and start dates
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across warehouse, production, administrative, and office roles
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline via recruiting, job fairs, and community outreach
• Prepare professional submission profiles for client review and coordinate background checks/onboarding
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and ensure accurate documentation
• Develop and communicate recruitment updates to leadership and align activity with goals
• Follow up with candidates through hiring process and after placement
• Represent the company to clients, pursuing new staffing opportunities
• Attend job fairs and community events to build relationships and brand presence
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry standards
