Qualifications

• 1–2 years of staffing/recruiting experience.
• Existing client/candidate network preferred.
• Experience recruiting at job fairs.
• Proven ability to recruit via social media.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and client relationships.
• Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events.
• Recruit actively through social media and online channels.
• Maintain accurate records and activity in the CRM system.
• Conduct effective phone screens and use vetting questions to assess fit.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and clients, and support the placement process end-to-end.
• Shift priorities quickly and manage multiple requisitions without sacrificing quality or speed.
