We are a trusted in-home care partner looking for a Staffing Manager to join our growing Monterey team!

Your Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain caregiver schedules, adjusting them day to day as client care needs and caregiver availability shift.
• Confirm that assigned caregivers have the training and skills outlined in each client’s care plan, along with approval from the relevant payer source(s).
• Support caregiver recruitment efforts and help lead orientations.
• Document and report client case details, such as schedule and staffing changes, cancellations, call-outs, pay rate differences, overtime and/or mileage, and any client concerns or complaints.
• Collaborate closely with the Client Care Management team so everyone stays informed when schedules or services change.
• Monitor client service hours in our CRM, flagging and communicating any over-usage.
• Keep client service authorizations current and make sure the services delivered match payer requirements.
• Reach out to caregivers proactively with updates and important information.
• Take part in a rotating on-call schedule, partnering with our on-call vendor to handle escalated staffing issues after hours.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization.
• Travel locally for up to 25% of the work week for field visits and community events.
