Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in business or related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in home care or health care.
• 1+ year of scheduling experience for customers, ideally caregiver shifts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with caregivers and clients.
• Sharp attention to detail and solid time management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain caregiver schedules, adjusting them day to day.
• Ensure caregivers have training/skills per care plans with payer approvals.
• Support caregiver recruitment and orientation.
• Document and report client scheduling details, pay differences, and concerns.
• Collaborate with Client Care Management to keep teams informed.
• Monitor service hours in CRM and flag over-usage.
• Ensure services align with payer requirements.
• Proactively update caregivers with important information.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule and after-hours escalation.
• Travel locally up to 25% for field visits and events.
