Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in staffing, scheduling, recruiting, healthcare operations, or workforce management.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead caregiver recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts.
• Oversee agency-wide scheduling and ensure client shifts are fully staffed.
• Monitor staffing levels, workforce capacity, and future hiring needs.
• Manage labor costs, overtime, and scheduling efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all credentialing, training, and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

About the Role

The Staffing Manager is responsible for the overall workforce strategy and execution of the agency. This position serves as the operational bridge between clients, caregivers, recruiting, compliance, scheduling, and leadership to ensure uninterrupted care delivery, exceptional service, and strong financial performance.
