Comfort Keepers is seeking a Staffing Manager to lead caregiver recruitment, scheduling, retention, and workforce operations. This critical leadership role helps ensure exceptional care by maintaining a strong caregiver workforce while optimizing staffing efficiency and labor costs.

The Staffing Manager will partner with leadership to support agency growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence, guiding the scheduling and staffing team and serving as the escalation point for urgent

Qualifications

• 3+ years of staffing, scheduling, recruiting, healthcare operations, or workforce management experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead caregiver recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts.
• Oversee agency-wide scheduling and ensure client shifts are fully staffed.
• Monitor staffing levels, workforce capacity, and future hiring needs.
• Manage labor costs, overtime, and scheduling efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with credentialing, training, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and coach scheduling, recruiting, and staffing team members.
• Partner with leadership to support agency growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for urgent staffing and coverage issues.
