Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of scheduling, customer service, staffing, healthcare, or administrative experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Ability to prioritize urgent situations and make sound decisions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules to ensure all client shifts are covered.
• Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and care needs.
• Respond quickly to call-offs, schedule changes, and urgent coverage needs.
• Communicate schedule updates with caregivers, clients, and families.
