Comfort Keepers of Luzerne is seeking a dependable Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Luzerne, PA. You will coordinate caregiver schedules, match caregivers to client needs, and manage daily staffing changes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
• Able to commute to Luzerne, PA office.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn and grow.
• Staffing, scheduling, recruiting, or home care experience is a plus, but not required.

What You’ll Do:

As a Staffing Coordinator, you’ll help keep our caregivers and clients connected by:

• Coordinating caregiver schedules and client care needs
