Job summary

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is hiring an on-site bilingual recruiter in Garland, TX to support high-volume hiring for warehouse operations. The role requires conducting screenings, coordinating interviews, and building a robust candidate pipeline while collaborating closely with hiring managers.

The position is a 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with overtime potential. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, DOE, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting in a staffing agency (light industrial preferred).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication, phone, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to gather job requirements and create/edit job descriptions.
• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for high-volume and professional roles.
• Conduct candidate screenings, phone interviews, and behavioral interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools to attract qualified candidates.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Recruiter to support on-site hiring operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay Rate: $18.00- $20.00 Hourly ( DOE)

Schedule:
