Job summary

First Call is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure client staffing needs are met by recruiting, orienting and placing employees. The role supports compliance with client requirements and maintains a ready-to-work candidate pipeline.

The coordinator will liaise with clients, recruit via multiple channels, schedule workers for shifts, and help with payroll processing and reporting while collaborating with HR to organize orientations and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced hiring/onboarding environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to fill vacancies in a timely manner.
• Identify key matches between candidates and client openings.
• Organize and schedule workers to ensure full staffing on each shift.
• Recruit via job boards, social media, texting, emailing and phone.
