Job summary

SelecSource is seeking a Staffing Coordinator / On-Site Manager to support staffing operations, onboarding, workforce management, and client partnerships. The role combines recruitment with day-to-day employee support, performance management, and collaboration with client leadership to meet staffing goals.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in staffing, HR, or workforce management, with excellent communication, organization, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or workforce management.
• 3+ years in staffing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring preferred.
• Experience managing an on-site workforce or client accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for light industrial, clerical, and manufacturing roles.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified employees to support staffing needs.
• Communicate job duties, pay rates, schedules, attendance, and workplace requirements to candidates.
