Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hiring and onboarding experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communicator through verbal and written correspondence.
• Able to foster relationships with both employees and clients.
• Computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to fill vacancies in a timely manner.
• Identify matches between candidates and clients to fill openings.
• Organize and schedule workers to ensure full staffing on each shift.
• Recruit via job boards, social media, texting, emailing and phone.
• Screen, qualify, hire, and schedule candidates.
• Coordinate orientations with HR and organize opportunities for new employees.
• Ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
• Maintain client relations and reporting.
• Process weekly payroll and track absences.
• Coach and counsel employees as needed.
• Manage workers' comp documents and investigations.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of ready-to-work candidates.
• Track daily key performance indicators.
