Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an HR professional to support staffing, onboarding, and compliance for a diverse set of projects across sports, entertainment, and conventions. The role focuses on building relationships with communities and agencies while coordinating interviews and onboarding processes.

The candidate should manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with occasional extended hours and on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service; ability to communicate clearly at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to work extended hours, including late nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing applications and resumes and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and HR for final decisions.
• Processing new hire paperwork and submissions of all background check and drug test documents.
• Build and maintain relationships with communities and employment agencies.
• Develop and implement staffing techniques to improve quality and quantity of staff.
• Explain program details, meeting prospective employees and scheduling training/classes.
• Performing reference checks.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies to maintain brand integrity.
• Other duties as assigned.
