Job summary

The Global Ambassador in Phoenix is seeking an engaged Recruiting Coordinator to support hourly hiring across new openings. You will coordinate interviews, welcome candidates in person, route offers in the ATS, and partner with the Recruiting Manager to keep processes on track.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in recruiting, familiarity with ATS, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting experience (talent acquisition, screening, sourcing)
• Experience with ATS and HR systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Candidate-focused with emphasis on a positive experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews for hourly openings with hiring managers
• Welcome candidates during in-person interviews and escort to interview location
• Schedule walk-ins and drop-offs, be the first point of contact for candidates
• Create and route hourly offer letters via ATS
• Pre-screen hourly candidates and move them through the process
• Support Recruiting Manager with candidate communications and updates
• Monitor openings, candidate activity, interview progress, offers, and referrals
• Assist with onboarding activities for new hires
• Review I-9 documentation per company policy
• Maintain internal employee referral program records
• Plan and execute hiring events and university career fairs
• Travel to new opening locations to provide recruiting support
• Support intern programs and related activities
• Provide additional recruiting support as needed
